The location of the accommodation is simply incredible. Being surrounded by beautiful gardens allowed me to experience the peacefulness of nature right at my doorstep. the Japanese garden offered stunning sunsets, while the early morning walks around the lake were refreshing and serene. the room itself was comfortable, with a large bathroom and good shower. the staff were friendly, and the cooked breakfast in the on-site cafe was absolutely delicious. a truly unforgettable stay.
The size of the studio apartment was smaller than expected, making it a bit inconvenient for a family of four.

I recently stayed at Pinetum Garden Cottages for a week and it was absolutely superb. The tranquil location in the gardens was perfect and the views from our bungalow were beautiful. The gardens themselves were incredible, with a duck pond, a clean lake, and a Pinetum area that was very interesting. The accommodations were excellent, with a clean and quiet room for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the TV had plenty of entertainment options, and the staff, especially manager Lee, were very accommodating. The communication from Laura was great and she arranged some extras in the room for us. a fantastic stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

It was so convenient to have everything within easy reach. we loved the friendly geese and ducks that were nearby. They added a charming touch to our stay and made it even more memorable.
There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the shower in our cottage was not properly fitted, so it leaked quite a bit when we used it.
